I agree with this statement. I believe it is important for the government to be able to have access to any information they need to protect us. We all need to decide, do we want to protect our safety or our privacy. The only thing I think that should happen is that I believe the government should be watched on what they do. I don't think they should just be able to randomly look up people. If they believe that someone is going to harm the country that is when they should be able to go into people's lives. The Patriot Act, is a good thing, and is doing its job.

I agree with you on the statement that the government has the right to protect our privacy. On the other hand, i feel that they should not be able to have access to ALL of our information. Some information may be private and confidental to people and may not want to have it be revealed to others. Especially the goverment.

I agree with you about the statement . our safety is very important and if it means giving up personal information to the government but yes they should be watched when it come's to looking up people.
