Patriot Act

I agree completely with the statement. Although we are giving the government more power than usual I feel like it is necessary to ensure our safety, and personally I would rather be safe and protected than dead because of someone else who feels its their duty to kill mass amounts of people. Think of the mass genocides that have happened in the world. These people have taken control over a mass of people and death has been the result. If these terrorists arent stopped then were in store for a mass genocide. I feel the terrorist attacks in 2001 was only the begining of the amount of terrorist attacks that could of happened. We were the power house and they were trying to make us weak and tear us down. If this act hadnt been implemented whos to say we would even be here right now. If you have nothing to hide this act shouldnt bother you, there are millions of other people in this country and there are always going to be people out there worse than you, more troublesome, and more violent that the government could waste more energy on.

Awesome Heather Hill. I agree. I'll give up my privacy. It's just between the government. Why care?
