I think that the U.S. government should be able to torture to get information. There has to be a little to it though, they cant just grab what a person who they think associates with terroists. They should have to know for sure that the person is involved with terroist activitie. Also the person who does the torturing should be able to control himself and not just want to hurt the person because of it.

i agree with the last part also but whos to say that they will be like that ? i feel like they will definately go over board and some people may die due to the cruel and unusual punishment.
