How much power is "too much" power, though? Are you comfortable with the government looking at your library records and other web traffic without a warrant?

I wouldn't want them looking into any of my records without a warrant.

why would you not be okay with them looking at records? If you dont have anything to hide then you should be okay with it.

the government should know its boundaries and should have a warrant with every search unless its a threat to national security where 1000s of peoples lives are in danger.
