1. I agree and disagree

2. I agree with protecting the citizens of the United States against foreign and domestic threats and i do believe that there should be a big watch for anything that looks out of the ordinary. However, i don't think the government should have went as far as they did with strict security. There were so many video cameras tracking our every move and the only time a person was not on the camera, was when they were going to the bathroom or going to their rooms. that seems so creepy to me and although i trust the individuals who were watching the cameras, if it got into the wrong hands it could end up bad. Back to what i was saying though, i believe there should have been protection and a very big eye out against terrorist attacks, which there was but not as strict/creepy monitoring.

I definatly see both sides and sort of agree and disagree. It makes sense to why people are argueing and debating but just personally i would rather have my rights violated and be alive than dead and not have my right violated. even if it is not me or someone i know that died its still innocent people. Its sad that it has to come to this BUT i find it is necassary to help the safety of US citizens.

I agree with what you said, for the most part, the only thing that I disagree with was the fact that they had the cameras, the reason that I find those to be helpful as well is because, they don't actually watch the cameras, unless something happens that they need to watch out for, and the data was more than likely erased if nothing happened, no one needs to worry about what is going on in an empty hallway. But if there are two terrorists talking about a new bomb that they are making then I would like to know that I should find somewhere safe. If they find that out by watching the videos, then so be it.

they only have so many cameras to protect us from terrorists. they don't want another event like 9/11 to happen and its not like they are going to watch you every single day, they only watch you if you seem suspicious to them.

I like the fact that you say you agree and disagree because that is the feeling I get from it too, even though it violates your rights in the end it is just to pretect you.

Yea I agree they shouldn't have went as far as they did to look up all the names - the terrorist could have just said a fake name to the hotel like the movie said - I don't see that helping at all
