I disagree with this law, terrorists are not stupid enough to get caught that easily and they act fast once they got the plan. This law may give citizens a nice confort in their area, but it's not safe at all. Terrorists are the people who doesnt fear their death to accomplish their goals. I dont think the government would act fast enough to stop the terrorism when they already blew up. This country even allow to buy arms freely, it's not surprising that shooting could happen in anywhere

The main point is not for actual action. Finding out information, leaders, and goals from these people is the primary objective, not actually finding and prosecuting individuals. I do agree with you though when it comes to the fact people are becommming smarter and finding ways to avoid the Patriot Act.

Jake Ahn the patriot act is put in place to anticiapte possible terroist threats and prevent them. The NSA has intercepted thousands of suspected terrorist plots and have prevented them. Just think of all the terrorist attacks that would have happned on American soil if the patriot act was not in effect, It has done more good than bad. P.S. this argument you posted in gramtically incorrect.
