I don’t agree with this quote because of a few reasons. One, those people are legally in the country, so they have our constitutional rights. Cruel and unusual punishment is in the Constitution! Therefore by committing these acts, the interrogators are violating the rights of those people. Also, there is a possibility that those suspects are completely innocent, so they would be tortured for no reason.
