I think that torturing to a certain degree is okay. Waterbording or any almost death techniques should not be allowed. If it causes a severe amount of pain then its wrong. We dont need to fall to our enemys degree of torture to get the information we need. If we did, we would be to much like them, and we don't want to be like our enemys. And another thing, I think that there should be a time limit on how long we keep the people that we are just suspicious of or dont have evidence on them.
