I agree with this because that if we need to get important information out of people and they are not talking then we need to torture them not say "tell us and we will give you a piece of candy." thank you come again!

Using the "carrot" instead of the "stick" eh?  I don't think that would be effective...many of the terrorists are true believers, willing to die for their cause.

Terrorists may be willing to die but i think that they have a breaking point like everyone if it goes on long enough

And what happens when you do torture a prisoner, and they give you wrong information? What if, because of that information, the US spend precious resources hunting down a threat that doesn't exist, giving real terrorists the opportunity to strike while we're distracted?
