Im kind of netural with the Pariot Act some things i agree with and i disagree with.

first off they have been doing a good job with protecting us and stop trageic events like 9-11 we havent have an attack like that ever since. so i applaud them on that behalf.

but what i dont like is how they abuse their power and invade our privacy. they've gone to far with this and its very unconstituional what they're doing. I Also think its not right for them to collect data and specifically pick out the ones with funny funny names that could relate to a terroist background.

thats like me an (African american) riding in livonia and get stopped for no apparent reason.

but what if a terrorist changes their name to a not funny sounding name then how will you find them?

they dont just look at your name they look at multiple things i was just using that as an example they look to see if you have any reltives in terroist countries and that can put you under the radar even if you dont have a weird terroist name.

i think your forgetting that not all attacks on america are made by terrorist. columbine's school shooting wasnt a terorist attack, just some messed up kids

I agree with your nutural stand, I like the point you make about them keeping us safe since 911 because its so true and they can abuse there power and it can be unconstitutional.

how could you be neuatral either you like it, or you dont. In my opinion its a yes or no question. but I do see how you could choose both sides because some people see it as a bad thing that their getting spied on and some people think it proects them so I agree with you too homie

You also need to take into account though, the names that they are looking for are the names of people who were already suspicious or are known terrorists. They were just scaning, and if you fit that then your background was one of the ones being searched.
