1. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is trying to help our energy sources and convert to renewable energy. It's trying to make America Greener in terms of energy use.
2. In Obamas point of view this act is helping both the enviroment but also the economy by cutting some taxes and trying to get money flowing again. In the Republican Party's point of view this act is wasting more money than it's making.
3. My opnion is that this is a good idea, I firmly believe that the enviroment is one of our most important issues. I believe that being green will help both the enviroment and our economy because the more we recycle the less we have to spend on replacing items, and the less amount of re-usable things have to go in a land fill.
