1. Each of the governments have resposiblititys is distaster.

Local : Government on the local level should communicate with the other governments and help with the evacuation efforts.

State Government : Should assist the local government and talk to the federal government about the disaster.

Federal government : Federal government should help with financing releif efforts and supplying military and food/supplies to areas affected.

2. Each level of government performed very poorly in each of these duties. Federal goverment held many meetings and press conferences adressing the issue but failed to do anything about it. All of the governments knew about the storm that was coming but failed to properly evacuate.

3. I beleive the Federal Government should help more. But they should be more responsive and fast on their aid.
