1.) the government was trying to warn them about hurricane katrina but they dident tell them soon enough because there was no time to evacuate everyone.
2.)each form of government warned them about the hurricane. they helped clean up the city but it could have been done better because the clean up was slow and they left busses stranded that could have saved lives. also they dident have enough food for people.
3.) i think fema is a good thing and it helps. but i think fema should only be used for major desastors so there are more people on the job and they can be more prepaired.
