I really liked that we learned more about Zosima in this book but I thought it was kind of crazy when the philanthropist confessed about killing someone. I liked the idea of there eventually being a heaven on earth but I think if Zosima and the philanthropist lived now they probably wouldn't still believe that because no one really works together very much anymore. I was sad when Zosima died. He ended up being one of my favorite characters.
