I cannot believe that Dmitry was found guilty of the murder. Also, why did Ivan convict himself of the murder? Did he not say that it was actually Smerdyakov? I cannot understand the motives of some of these characters. Even more confusing, however, is the fact that, in the Epiologue (or at least I think it was in the Epilogue), Mitya says that he wants Katya and Katya admits to loving Dmitry. Still, Mitya gets with Grushenka. Even worse, Alyosha gets defensive over Grushenka. Is Alyosha in love with her? What is going on? I am so confused. I hate love triangles..... or whatever shape this may make! Grrr!
