1) Describe the major elements of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The stimulus bill I feel helped out a lot. This is a good way to create jobs and a good way to help the environment by going green.
2) From President Obama's point of view, how is this act providing positive change? From the Republican Party's point of view, how does the act provide negative change? This act is a positive change in Obama’s point of view because its creating more jobs and helping the environment. Republicans feel the complete opposite of president Obama to the republicans this act is negative because its wasting money.
3) Explain your opinion on the issue. Be sure to back up your points with logic and fact. I feel that this is an intelligent idea by president Obama. The stimulus bill is going to create more jobs and its going to help out our environment.
