1) The Act is trying to improve our energy and make it more productive: doing this by going green.It is also trying to create new jobs for the workers that need it.
2) Obama's view is improving the economy by cutting taxes. The republican view is negative because it is being seen as wasting money.
3) In my opinion this act is a good idea. This is because with "global warming" we do need to make less emissions in the air and cut down on pollution. Though many people are being inspired by this i think that they should have already been being gree, hence reduce, reuse, recycle. Even though i think he could be doing a better job at creating jobs in other fields.
