Norway doesn't have many problems with countries surrounding them, they tend to stay out of international issues. One thing they could do is make world wide trade zone. Even though they have one of the highest per capita income trading would increase their profit along with neighboring countries that are participating which would be a positive. They also could should enter a trade agreement to benefit everybody. To have a headquarters in Norway to regulate the internet in Europe or somewhere it can be run by the United Nations to prevent terrorism and other problems.
