The Teacher Cadet course is designed for students interested in a teaching career to earn one semester of credit while exploring the field of education as a student and as a mentor. Students will work with an experienced teacher at the elementary, middle or high school level for an average of four hours per week. An advanced Teacher Cadet course is available for students who have completed this entry level course and who want to continue in this program.
