I agree with this statement because we as citizens should be protected by the government even if our privacy has to be invaded. Yes after the 9/11 terroist attack, things got really bad because more and more terroist attacks started happening. The patroit act was put in action after 9/11 the government should take precaution when it come's to our safety even if it means they have to look through your personal thing but they are only doing it to protect you and keep you  alive and if you know that you didn't do anything wrong you really shouldn't be worried about it.
