I feel like they just simply wernt prepared and they didnt have the resources. Everryone was pointing fingers instead of someone just taking initiative and organizing a plan; which should have already been done.FEMA should handle all of the larger disasters and give commands for the local and state governments to follow. There needs to be more communication and everyone should be working together.
