Should the U.S have intervened in Rwanda yes they should. because if the U.S had help the Rwandan people all the innocence people who lost their lives would have never happen at the first place. Because the time this incident took place the country that they can ask for help is the U.S, because the U.S had the most powerfull military in the world that can put a stop to the war.
