I think that we should have intervened in Rwanda. Almost a million people died because we and other countries wouldnt intervene and stop the massacres. If we would have went in there if only for a couple of days then there would hundreds of thousands of lives saved. And another thing, Belgium and those other countries went in there but wouldnt fire on the Interahamwe. If we had gone in there and started firing on the Interahamwe then those countries would have intervened as well. For us not to even TRY to help these people was inhumane. If you the roles were reversed and we were the ones being massacred wouldn't you want them to help us?
