1. i do not agree with this act at all. i believe that it is an invasion of privacy , and in America that is not right.

2.Most people do not really understand the power the government has been given. The secret warrants and secret courts and the ability to listen in on any phone call or read every e-mail bothers me the most. -  http://www.enotes.com/history/discuss/do-you-think-usa-patriot-act-good-bad-115645

 i do believe there are some up sides to it. like keeping the terrist out and protecting our country. but i think that the bill should be changed around. some of the things should come out and some should stay.i think that trying to keep the terrist out should be the top priority of this bill.

How would the government prevent terrorist if they couldnt listen into phone calls? most of thoes conversations happen over the phone

you need to give up a little bit of your privacy for the government to make this a safer country and protect us from another terrorist attack
