1.) the  national role was to have things ready for people and to help get people out of the city and away from the daister. the state role was to warn the people and also to help get people away from the diaster and dangers and the local government are suppose to help the people with getting outy of the city and not getting traped on the way out.

2.) the national did an ok job of having things ready and getting people the state did a bad job they didnt have many thing ready and no bus and the local government didnt do a really good job they didnt have thing ready to do and many people died because they didnt do anything.

3.) the role is to having buss ready and drivers waiting they could save many peoples lifes if they have many ways to have people leave the city and get away from the diaster they also could of had a warning system to help my peoplpe know that its coming

1) I agree with you on that cause the national government screws us all time. We should have that help mo matter what happens or what disater us americans undergo. Well the local government should of had people moving in huge groups in the beginning. Hurricanes are nothing to mess with and the government took a chance of being lazy.

2)I disagree with the national doing a good job. They knew what was happening down there. i agree that the state didnt do a thing about the situation. The mayor just seemed like he didnt even bother with it, he pretty much tried to cover it up as much as possible to stay in office.

3) Yeah i agree with ya on that. There wasnt enough buses and they so called said they were broke. they could of shiped in buses from different states and ask other states for help like food and other supplys. In every natural disater the government is supposed to notify the local residents thats theres a threat in your area.
