BOOK ONE!

My favorite character in the book so far is Gregory. He is a servent of Fyodorovich Karamazov who takes care of Karamzov's children. In the book  it seams like their is a cycle that repeats its self twice. Fyodorovich gets married, then he has a son or two, then his wife dies and he forgets about his son. Gregory steps in and takes care of the boys. If Gregory was not their the children probably would have been forgot about.

The character that I like the least is obviously Fyodor Palvoich Karamazov. He is wicked, cruel, and extremly stingy when it comes to land. I mean, what kind of a person could forget about their children and treat their wife so horrible.

No one answered you, Liz, so I will :)

I agree with everything that you said so far.
I don't like Fyodor, but I'm sure that no one else does either.
I don't understand how you can just forget about your kids, but one thing I did think was kind of interesting was that when Alexei came back, for whatever reason, he was actually... not nice, but not mean to him either.

Does that make sense?
Probably not, I'm still trying to read this ridiculously long article, so I have no brains :D
