So book nine was pretty interesting. I feel like the book is actually getting a plot now, its about time. At first I thought that Dimitri wasn't telling where he got the money from because maybe the killer paid him off so he wouldn't tell anyone. That proved to be wrong, he claimed that he didn't spend all of Katerina' money. He said that he carried the 1,500 rubles in a locket around his neck and once he decided he wanted to kill himself there was no point in carrying it around anymore, makes sense. I hope that Grushenka isn't full of poop when she says she'll love him despite his crime, and I think she's kind of proud of herself for having played around his Dimitri and his fathers feelings. What a twisted lady.
Book ten was kind of boring. Ilyusha is about to die and Alyosha has gotten the boy's friends to come visit him. Ilyusha seems to think the reason he is dying is because he fed a dog a needle.
