it was the mayors job to stock the shelves with food and water, also bus transportation. it was the mayors job to get the food and water, also to say what they need and where, also to have some for of emergency plan. it was femas job to get all the stuff the other people need and have a emergency plan. 

i think that none of the people involved in this did what they were suppose to do. the mayor didn't have drivers for the buses, the Governor didn't say what and where she needed the help and fema didn't set up a decent set of communication.

1)         What role did the National, State and Local Governments have in preventing, mitigating and reacting to Hurricane Katrina?

2)         Evaluate how each level of government performed its duties. Be specific and back up your points with facts and logic.

Good job on local response, but I need more on state/federal.  7/10.
