The Recovery and Reinvestment Act was ment to bring money into the economy. It was also ment to create more jobs, and to upgrade schools, roads, subways, airports and military bases.Aslo to make the united states more green.
From Obama's point of view its getting this country back on track. Its helping everyone in america, its creating more jobs and putting more money back in the economy. putting more hope inthe country that we can recover. from republican point of view it negative because the act could only work for a little while and the economy can fall again. The Bill might not work.
I think that the Act is a good ideal and a bad ideal because the Act is risky it could work and fix the economy and get us back on track. Or the act will only work for a certain amount of time and make the economy fall back again. The upgrades will create more jobs and make the future better for the economy.
