1.) The bill is apparently supposeed to be a job bill. Also the bill created job for people and help avoid a recession. The bill also cut taxes for the working americans. Also is trying to convert energy so that it is more clean and efficient.
2.) Apparently all of this is helping with fueling the economy and making the U.S. A better place. We need every change possible that we can get to help get our economy back up and functioning.
This isn't going to help anything at all if we need to fix the economy we need new businesses not more efficent energy that does nothing at all. Honestly they need to focus less on spending and saving more to pay back on our debt.
3.)My oppinon in relation to all of this is where the heck is all of this going on at, maybe not where we are or just here in Michigan. But I haven't noticed a change at all seriously seems like Michigan's economy hasn't gone anywhere. Also the jobs that are available for hire aren't hiring people at all.
