This course provides students not only with the laws of business that affect them daily, but also
the laws that govern such relationships in the business world. Through an examination of case
problems and the law activity behind daily news stories, students develop an awareness of every-
one's involvement with the law and how it affects daily living. Major emphasis includes the law
as it applies to contracts for employment and agency, sale of goods, and negotiable instruments.
