Welcome to Student Leadership. I am excited to be working with all of you throughout the course of the school year. I hope each student finds the course challenging, beneficial, and enjoyable. Student Leadership class members will help to promote a more meaningful educational environment and assist in establishing a closer relationship and cooperation amongst students, faculty, administration, and the community.
Specifically, students will study and better understand leadership styles and techniques to prepare themselves for later careers. While interacting with the school and the community, students will learn to propose and pass bills, plan/hold activities and events, raise money, volunteer for charity work, become the voice for the student body, be a participating community member, and create, coordinate and supervise committees for community service projects and activities. Members will adhere to the Student Leadership Constitution.
