This course addresses the needs of students at different levels of competency in the areas of composition, literature, grammar, and vocabulary. Writing assignments will stimulate critical thinking and self-expression and reinforce grammatical, mechanical, and vocabulary skills. Literature study concentrates on comprehension, interpretation, and appreciation. Speaking and listening skills are reinforced through formal and informal presentations.
