In this course the student will be involved in learning the drafting procedures and techniques as used in industry to develop automotive and machine parts. Emphasis will be placed on descriptive geometry, orthographics, auxiliary projections, revolutions, and detailed drawings. Students will learn both manual and computer drafting. Students are encouraged to complete at least one design where the concepts of science and mathematics can be incorporated. This class is a prerequisite for Engineering Applications and for the Oakland Schools Vehicle and
