This science course will be dominated by labs, activities, skill building, and the inquiry method of learning and visible thinking. Topics of study include: scientific investigations, lab safety, hydrogeology, plate tectonics, earthquakes, volcanoes, earth systems, climate change, sound and light waves, forces and motion, and energy.

The Humanities curriculum for 7th grade primarily includes the study of the Eastern hemisphere with an emphasis on present day conditions and events.The study of each continent or region also includes an overview of ancient history pertaining to that area covering Eras I, II, and III or 8000 BCE to 300 CE.Topics in social studies will be integrated through the lenses of culture, history, geography, economics, government, and current events.
