Strategic Planning

“Key to Excellence”

The Clarenceville School District uses Strategic Planning to meet the community's expectations for excellent educational programming. Many exciting accomplishments and successes have been possible because of the efforts put into this process. Strategic planning is a five-year process that concentrates the district's efforts and resources on specific goals and has been a framework for change. With goals from the previous plans attained, school officials decided to establish a new blueprint that would again raise the quality of education for the community's youth.

In order to begin this process, Clarenceville School District asks for input from Stakeholders during focus group sessions in order to consider what priorities the district may need to focus on.  Strategic Planning groups then take a close look at the district data, as well as the stakeholder input to begin forming the district’s Plan – a set of goals and objectives designed to launch the district forward in positive, impactful ways.

Your voice is important to us!  We encourage you to attend the focus group sessions taking place at your child’s school during your monthly parent night meeting.

Please feel free to call or write with any further thoughts or questions.
